CONSTITUTION:A link member 30 to couple a locking rod 13 with a hanger 18 and a sleeve 14 having a hole 14a for accommodation of the locking rod 13 and installed rotatably on a frame 12 are provided, and the locking rod 13 is moved between the lock position and unlock position in the condition inclined to the axis of the hanger 18. |
