The present invention, which comprises several aspects, pertains to the shoe-making industry and may be used in the production of inner soles of shoes intended for various purposes. The purpose of this invention is to improve the ergonomic characteristics of the inner soles. To this end and according to a first embodiment, the walking surface of the sole comprises a plurality of sections which correspond to the anatomic structure of a person's footprint, wherein said sections are more precisely connected so as to form a model of the footprint having predetermined shoe dimensions. According to a second embodiment, the sections are connected so as to form a diagram representing a replica of the footprint that comprises replicas of the toes and of the fascicular and calcaneal regions of the foot. The model or the replica of the footprint, except for the models and replicas of the toes and of the fascicular and calcaneal regions, can also include a model or a replica of the central region of the foot sole. The models or replicas of the toes can be separate from one another or share common sections. The models or replicas of the foot regions may be distinct or linked together. According to a third embodiment, one at least of the sections consists in a model of a portion at least of the footprint, and is produced by modifying its position and/or orientation according to the model depth and/or relative to the axes of the inner sole. |
