There is provided a telephone device presenting speaker's face picture in motion harmonized with speaker's voice message without video camera nor photographing operation during telephone conversation. The telephone device with video display stores at least one basic picture of speaker's face prepared prior to telephone conversation, recognizes speaker's vocal expression and detect necessary data of voice elements to modify speaker's face feature with graphcal change, and transmits necessary data together with voice message to listener's telephone device presenting speaker's face picture in motion on video display of a telephone device. |
