PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject teprenone-containing pharmaceutical preparation that causes no trouble, for example, sticking, cracking, capping and the like, when they are tableted, has good appearance without bleeding of teprenone and shows high safety of the teprenone in the tablets by allowing teprenone to be adsorbed to silicon dioxide or the like. SOLUTION: (A) Teprenone is allowed to be adsorbed to (B) silicon dioxide or calcium silicate, preferably in an amount of 0.6-3 pts.wt. of the component B per 1 pt.wt. of the component A. This pharmaceutical preparation is produced by emulsifying the component A in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble polymer, for example, gum arabic, or emulsifying with (D) a surfactant such as a glycerol fatty acid ester and the resultant emulsion is allowed to be adsorbed to the component B. The amounts of the components C and D are usually 0.1-0.8 pt.wt. in case of the gum arabic and 0.02-2 pts.wt. in case of the glycerol fatty acid ester, per 1 pt.wt. of the component A, respectively.
