PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of component parts of an upper support mechanism. SOLUTION: An upper support mechanism is formed from a bushing 7. In such a way as not capable of rotating, this bushing 7 is attached to an upper support arm 11 of a base 1 by fitting with pressure the bushing 7 into a circular through hole in the upper support arm 11, a circular through hole 32 in a mirror housing 3 as mirror assembly, and an upper circular through hole 44 in a supporting part 43 of a unit bracket 4, and the upper part of the mirror assembly supporting part 43 will be supported rotatably by the bushing 7. Thus the number of component parts of the upper support mechanism can be lessened.
