PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the control of wind direction suitable for use conditions of a user efficiently by arranging such mobile straightening plates such as not to cause pressure loss at the blowout port of hot air thereby enabling the wind direction of hot air to be changed and making it reach afar. SOLUTION: Plural sheets of mobile straightening plates, which are rotatable right and left to change the direction of hot wind and are arranged in roughly vertical direction to the floor face in a hot air blowout port 6, are arranged so that they can deliver hot air afar, and at the same time it enables the efficient control of wind direction by so arranging the interval between adjacent mobile straightening plates 8 as to be approximately equal to or wider than the interval between the rotating shafts of the mobile straightening plates on the lee side of the hot air so that pressure loss may not arise.
