PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a film which has excellent metal ion resistance, weather resistance, transparency and crack resistance by using a bisbenzotriazolephenol compound as an ultraviolet absorbing agent and at least one selected from a radically polymerizable compound and a hardenable resin as a film forming component. SOLUTION: A composition comprises 0.1-35 wt.% of a bisbenzotriazolephenol compound as an ultraviolet absorber and an at least one compound as a film forming component selected from a radically polymerizable compound such as a monofunctional or polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound and a hardenable resin such as an amino resin and the like. The composition further contains a catalyst for hardening, a crosslinking agent, an initiator for polymerization and the like. The bisbenzotriazolephenol compound is a compound of a dimer represented by formula (wherein A is a direct bond, a methylene group, -NH-group or the like; R1 and R2 are an 1-12C hydroxyalkyl group and the like; and R3 and R4 are hydrogen, an 1-4C alkyl group, an aryl group and the like).
