It has a closure element 7 which seals the door of the container 6 provided on the pump 1 which also includes electronic calculation and visual-presentation means 5 for the fuel supplied. It is characterised in that it has means 8 to 14 for detecting manipulation of the closure element 7. It has means 25 for cutting off/connecting the supply of the pump 2 of the dispensing pump 1 and also of the impulse generator or (encoder), in order to cut off the supply thereof upon detection of manipulation of the door of the container 6. The pulse generator (encoder) of the dispensing pump 1 is connected to second electronic calculation and visual- presentation means 27 for the fuel supplied, means which are sealed by the closure element 7 in such a manner that, if the result contained by the means 5 of the dispensing pump 1 do not coincide with the calculation of the means 27 of the seal, this is detected by the user and it is also possible to generate shutdown of the supply of the pump 2. <IMAGE>
