PURPOSE: A device for driving a disk is provided to minimize the vibration of a tray. CONSTITUTION: A device for driving a disk comprises: a tray(2) storing the disk or a cartridge; a load motor(4) generating a driving force; a sled base(14) supporting a spindle motor(8) and a pick up(10); a slider(24) driving the sled base; a load gear train(6) transferring the driving force of the load motor to the tray and the slider; and a tray holder(18) restraining the slider while moving the load and the tray while completing the load.
