GENE EXPRESSION VECTOR CONTAINING REGULATORY REGION OF MISGURNUS MIZOLEPIS BETA-ACTIN GENE

摘要

PURPOSE: A fish-specific gene expression vector containing regulatory region of Mistunes mizolepis beta-actin gene is provided which can express usable exogenotes effectively in host cells variously originated from fish or mammal therefore, can be useful in developing novel fish. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant plasmid expression vector (pmlbetaa41:KCTC 88889P) is produced by: preparing genomic DNA library of Mistunes mizolepis; isolating a beta-actin encoding gene and sequencing it; cloning of beta-actin encoding gene and its regulatory region, followed by binding the regulatory region fragment to the green fluorescence protein (GFP) encoding gene.
