PURPOSE: A dual port bit cell of a semiconductor device is provided to prevent conflict of reading operation and writing operation in the semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A dual port bit cell of a semiconductor device comprises a first control circuit for generating a first to a fourth control signals in response to a first signal indicating writing operation and a second signal having different level compared to the first signal, a first delivering circuit for delivering data provided to bit lines into a latch circuit in response to the first to the fourth control signals, a second control circuit for generating a fifth to an eighth control signals in response to the first and the second signals, and a second delivering circuit for delivering the data from the latch circuit to the bit lines in response to the fifth to the eighth control signals.
