PURPOSE: A production method for a retort food is provided to easy to make, to easy to eat, and to taste good. CONSTITUTION: The production method for the retort food comprises: sources of food done a cooking process put into a filling film; put into an exterior film by cooling after steaming; a retort sterilization treatment done after cooking or at the same time with cooking.
