CONSTITUTION: A power-on reset circuit includes a reference voltage generation circuit for generating a reference voltage, a power Supply voltage detection circuit for detecting an external input power Supply voltage level, and generating a detection circuit; and a reset circuit for comparing the detection circuit with a reference voltage level, and generating a reset signal.
