PURPOSE: An etching device for a lead frame is provided to improve the reliability of the lead frame by quickly removing an etching waste solution reacting with a lead frame basic material. CONSTITUTION: The etching device for a lead frame basic material by shaking and spraying on the upper and lower faces of the lead frame basic material comprises: a waste removing equipment consisted of more than one air knife(18); an air knife with a vent for slant spraying air in the transmission direction of the lead frame basic material.
