PURPOSE: An indoor ventilating device of a car is provided to prevent the accidents caused by suffocation of organisms by ventilating the air remained behind the indoor of a car to the outdoor and to prevent the fire or explosion of the inflammables or the expansive materials kept in a car. CONSTITUTION: The indoor ventilating device of a car comprises:a first blower fan motor(22) for introducing air remained behind the outdoor of a car to the indoor; a second blower fan motor(24) for flowing out the air to the outdoor; a blower fan driving switch(10) for controlling the power and volt supplied to the first blower fan motor(22); a second blower fan driving switch(12) for controlling the power and volt supplied to the second blower fan motor(24); and a controller for selectively outputting the drive controlling signals to the first and second blower fan motors(22, 24) according to the input signals of the first and second blower fan motor driving switches(10, 12).
