PURPOSE: A transportation device of passing over obstacle is provided to detect the existence of an obstacle and to pass over the obstacle. CONSTITUTION: A transportation device of passing over an obstacle comprises:a base(2) that a pair of elevating guiders(36) are stood up; a transport device(4) that an elevating supporting body(52) having a nut box(54) in the middle part of the top face of a carrier(44) is stood up; an elevating device(6) to relatively move between the base(2) and the carrier(4) by the driving power of a motor having a torque sensor.
