PURPOSE: A flat process equipment and a flat processing method of the flat panel for cathode ray tube use is provided to decrease processing time of the flat panel and to smoothly flow the materials between each process. CONSTITUTION: The flat process equipment of the flat panel for cathode ray tube use comprises: a flat grinding device grinding the surface of the flat panel; a wrapping polishing device wrapping-polishing the plane of the flat panel that is grinded by the flat grinding device; and a polishing device glossily polishing at least one face among the processed faces of the flat panel that is wrapping-polished by the wrapping polishing device.
