PURPOSE: A 1+1 repeating equipment is provided to improve the maintenance and the reliability of a system by executing a 1+1 repeating function only when a consecutive error and break down are detected. CONSTITUTION: The 1+1 repeating equipment at a serial link contact comprises: an applicative block device(110) having a parallel data generation unit; a first transmitting and receiving device(120) for detecting the break down of the applicative block device or the connecting line of the applicative block device and the transmitting and receiving device, coating and a parallel and a serial changing, and generating a serial data.
