PURPOSE: Power saving circuit for source driver IC is provided to reduce power consumption by controlling clock is provided for shift register block. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises first control block for controlling RE_CLK and LE_CLK and output them, left and right shift registers blocks for supplying RE_CLK and LE_CLK from the first control block, respectively, and second control block for controlling the left and right shift registers. Thereby, power consumption reduced by dividing 64 shift register blocks between 32 left shift registers and 32 right shift registers and supplying clock for one of the right or left shift register.
