CIRCUIT FOR DRIVING CATHODE OF ELECTRIC-FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: Circuit for driving cathode of electric-field emission display is provided to prevent destruction of low voltage NMOS transistor of current source. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises current source connected to lower of cathode, including high voltage element and low voltage element which operate according to control signal and data signal, and protection element connected between one part of the current source and reference voltage, for stabilizing operation of the current source when over voltage is supplied to the cathode. Thereby destruction of cathode driving circuit is prevented by non-uniform of tip of the electric-field emission display.
