PURPOSE: A camera and a control method are provided to change the condition of a focus regulation mark lighten up through a view finder. CONSTITUTION: The regulation device of a focus regulation mark comprises: a mode regulation device for regulating a control mode of a focus regulation mark; a regulation device for a focus regulation mark condition; a movement control unit(10) for regulating the condition of the focus regulation mark by reading a signal input from a condition regulation device of the focus regulation mark according to the control mode; a data output unit for marking the focus regulation mark based on the condition of the focus regulation mark.
