PURPOSE: The cosmetic composition provides to remove interstitial dusts effectively and easily, to shorten the drying time of a cosmetic compositions, and to clean the pores, by increasing the surface adsorptivity on the layer of cosmetic compositions. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition of sheet type consists of a protective film layer, a layer of cosmetic material composition containing cosmetic materials, and a layer upholding the cosmetic compositions, where-of the layer of cosmetic material composition contains soluble polymer 30 to 55 weight %, high molecular compound 5 to 15 weight % having anionic, cationic, formative radical of amphoteric salt, and silica powder 4 to 10 weight %.
