PURPOSE: A telephone is provided to be able to automatically set up an object to receive by installing a voice output device in a telephone when making a phone call. CONSTITUTION: The individual terminating device of a telephone comprises: an analog circuit unit(10) for outputting a bell terminating signal by sensing an input bell termination; a DTMF receiving unit(20) for outputting the analog DTMF signal to a total control circuit unit by receiving the analog DTMF signal as an input and changing into a 4bit digital; a total control circuit unit(30) for controlling a voice output test and a voice announcement record; a record/play back circuit(40) for re-transmitting the voice announcement after saving the voice announcement by the control of the total control circuit unit.
