PURPOSE: A bio heat pump style dry and a cold storing device is provided to store the agricultural, seafood and livestock products by dehydration and in low temperature as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION: A bio heat pump style dehydration and cold storing device comprises:a heat absorption part(4) constituted of a variable evaporator/compressors(3); a heat pump part(10) having a low temperature dehumidification device(9) connected to a dehumidification tub(8) installed on the outside of a housing(1); a dry and cold storing chamber(14) having multi-stage grain loading porous plates(13).
