PURPOSE: Insulator manufacturing method for visually checking a leakage state and the insulator by the method visually check a leakage state of a wire on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A nut 20 is positioned at a center of a bottom surface of an injection molding for manufacturing an insulator. A plurality of rods(30) as of a glass fiber are positioned at a front part and a back part of a projection bars(21). A light emitting element(40) and a positive(+) lead line(41) are inserted into a groove formed in the injection molding, a negative(-) lead wire(42) is welded on the one side projection bar(21) of the nut. A paste state material is inserted into the injection molding in order to form a main body 10. The main body 10 is extracted from the injection molding, and is hardened at the atmosphere. The main body(10) is seated in another injection molding having a diameter of 0.5mm-10mm. The LED(40) and the positive(+) lead wire(41) are inserted into a groove formed into the injection molding. A gel-state silicon is injected into the injection molding. Excepting end portion of the LED and the positive(+) lead wire, a silicon layer(11) having 0.5mm-10mm is formed on the entire surface of the main body.
