PURPOSE: An anti-cancer pickled cabbage making method is provided to promote the anti-cancer property by replacing a portion of salt to KCI when making the pickled cabbage. CONSTITUTION: An anti-cancer pickled cabbage contains:13.0% of radish, 2.0% of green onion, 3.5% of red pepper, 1.4% of garlic, 0.6% of ginger, 2.2% of salted anchovy solution 1.0% of sugar, 2.5% of refined salt; and 20-40% of KCI to 100% of salted cabbage. |
