OUTPUT DATA SPEED ADJUSTING CIRCUIT ACCORDING TO FREQUENCY CHANGE

PURPOSE: The circuit is made to satisfy a specification for high speed operation by adjusting the speed of output data according to the change to the high frequency by sensing the frequency change automatically inside the circuit in the high frequency operation of a data output apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises: an input buffer part(10) outputting by comparing a clock signal from the external with a reference voltage; a frequency detection part(20) sensing the change of frequency outputted from the input buffer part; a detection signal output part(30) transferring a value of different state according to the result of the frequency detected from the frequency detection part; and an output buffer part(40) outputting data by being ON/OFF switched according to a control signal outputted from the detection signal output part.
