PURPOSE: A process for preparing natural hetero compound is provided to remove all kinds of hetero compounds retarding the production of low pollution energy, provide low hetero compound containing hydrocarbon to a catalytic process and change over to the high value added use. CONSTITUTION: Petroleum hydrocarbon with a boiling point of 110-560°C is passed through an adsorption tower filled with an adsorbent which can combine with hydrogen to remove a natural hetero compound contained in extremely small quantities in raw material. The adsorbent adsorbed the natural hetero compound is treated with a polar solvent and concentrated to give a final product. The petroleum hydrocarbon is selected from kerosene, light gas oil, depression gas oil, heavy cracked naphtha and light cycled oil. The natural hetero compound is selected from naphthenic acid, alkyl phenol, cresilic acid, alkylpyridine, alkylquinoline, carbazole, and indole. The adsorbent is selected from silica gel and alumina gel. The polar solvent is selected from C1-6 alcohol, C2-6 ether and C2-6 ketone.
