LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY WITH WIDE VIEW ANGLE

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to improve the view angle thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the device, a duplicate gate line is formed on a thin film transistor substrate. The connector which cross a pixel region is formed between two gate lines and thereby two gate lines coupled. A first toothed projection is formed on a pixel electrode being crossed the connector. A second projection is formed on a color filter substrate in parallel to the projection of thin film transistor substrate. It is therefore possible to widen the view angle and to prevent decreasing of luminance.
