PURPOSE: A usage of the L-methionine hydroxamate is provided to prevent the growth of cells by preventing the activation of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase to perform an essential role in the protein composition inside cells. CONSTITUTION: The L-methionine hydroxamate and the derivative comprise: as a material to prevent the activation by connecting in an active part of the methionine-tRNA-synthetase, one of an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase; to interrupt a progress to form a methionine a denylate by connecting an ATP; to prevent the active of the methionine-tRNA-synthetase separated from a colon bacillus.
