PURPOSE: A dynamic channel card controlling method of each base station of a mobile communication system is provided to minimize that the call in service is cut by a polling interval. CONSTITUTION: The dynamic channel card controlling method of each base station comprises the steps of: setting a polling time to a channel card after a BTS control processor(BCP) that belongs to each base station, checks its base station type by initializing the base station; minimizing the polling interval to each channel card, counting and managing the mounted number of the channel card if the base station is a mini-base station; and minimizing the polling time, counting and managing the mounted number of the channel card by reporting rupturing and mounting information if the base station is a omni-base station or a sector base station.
