PURPOSE: A method of oldham's ring surface treatment of scroll compressor which improves the reliability of the compressor by forming an aluminum nitride film on the sliding part of the oldham's ring is provided. CONSTITUTION: The oldham's ring surface treatment of a scroll compressor has the steps of processing:forming an initial surface layer of a molten aluminum by having an aluminum, a base material of an oldham's ring, struck by nitrogen ion; forming an aluminum nitride layer on the initial surface layer by reacting nitrogen ion on it.
