PURPOSE: A system is provided to combine a chemical process and a biological process for wastewater treatment. CONSTITUTION: The chemical process employs HR-200 discoloring agent and Al2SO4 and a high polymer coagulant to treat color, and the biological process employing a bio-reaction tank, divided into an anaerobic tank and an aerobic tank, and a ciliated contact filter medium using microorganism fixed to the filter medium to treat nitrogen and phosphorus. The chemical process uses two tanks for chemical reaction and coagulation with agitators and a chemical agent feeder; the biological process uses three reaction tanks filled with ciliated contact filter medium, of an anaerobic tank and an oxygen-free tank each with an agitator and an aerobic tank with an air supply pipe.
