ESTIMATING METHOD OF FINE COAL DELIVERY CAPACITY

PURPOSE: A method for estimating a fine coal carry capacity is provided to determine a delivery capacity easily in advance in operating. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the 1st step for measuring a mean fineness, the content of volatile constituent and the content of inert gas constituent, the 2nd step for calculating the angle of response of fine coal as following formulas from above measured values; angle of response = -0.551 mean fineness + 0.167 volatile constituent - 0.045 content of inert gas constituent +77,3, the 3rd step for calculating the carry capacity of fine coal as following formulas from above angle of response; carry capacity = -0.166 angle of response + 16.628. Air for carrying supplied from a compressure(13) conveys a specific amount of fine coal in a transport hopper(18) through a carrying pipe(19). The conveyed fine coal is circulated by a cyclone(21), transferred to a link hopper(22) and discharge hopper(23) and put into the transport hopper(18). The carrying capacity is calculated on the basis of a required time to convey a specific amount of fine coal about the pressure of conveying air.
