ANTIBIOTIC ADDITIVE FOR FOOD PRESERVATION

PURPOSE: An antibiotic additive for food preservation is provided, which has a high antibiotic effect, and is harmless to a human body. Also, the antibiotic additive is able to have an aroma in case of being added with perfume. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic additive comprises: glycerin esters of fatty acids of 0.1-5 wt.% selected from one of glycerin esters of fatty acids(C8), glycerin esters of fatty acids(C10), or glycerin esters of fatty acids(C12); organic acids of 0.1-6 wt.%; alcohol of 10-90 wt%. Also, perfumes can be added into the antibiotic additive.
