PURPOSE: A method of voice guide is provided to identify a transmitter within a cellular phone for user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises three steps. In the first step, received data of transmitter's identifying information from a base station is divided into local information and transmitter telephone number, and the divided data are analyzed. In the second step, the analysis result of local information and transmitter telephone number is stored. In the third step, the data of stored local information and transmitter telephone number are converted into a voice signal, and the voice signal is outputted through a speaker.
