PRODUCTION METHOD OF CASE FOR WRAPPING CASE USING WASTE PAPER

PURPOSE: A production method of a wrapping case is provided to keep a freshness of the product for a long time by using a waste paper and not causing pollution after abolishing. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a case for a wrapping comprises: waste paper 100 weight unit; sodium hypochlorite 1¯3 weight unit as a decoloring and a bleacher; methyl cellulose 0.5¯1 weight unit as a thickener; starch powder 0.5¯1 weight unit as a probe of microbes and a thickener; saw dust or chaff 0.5¯1 weight unit as a neutralizer; a zeolite 2 weight unit as a porous material; loess powder 5¯10 weight unit as a generating material of a far infrared ray; a ferment accelerant of microbes 0.2¯0.3 weight unit; a heating process to pour water in a vessel and to heat a finely torn waste paper by inserting together with a decoloring and a blancher; a mixing process; and a forming process to remove mixed waste paper after tightening a form by venting in a mold of a regular size.
