PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a round body for a train is provided to lighten a round body of a train, to enhance the construction ability, to reduce the manufacturing period and cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a round for a train comprises the step of:manufacturing a roof panel(1), a side panel(2) and a bottom panel(3) by attaching the aluminum panel(12) on both sides of a stitched object stitched by attaching the glass wool(11) upon the both surfaces of a foaming resin panel(9) such as polyurethane, polyethylene and polymethacrylamide; integrating the both ends to the attached direction and an attachment material(10), an aluminum pressed material by attaching the two materials; welding and connecting the side panel and the bottom panel to form a L; and assembling and welding the roof panel and the side panel using a reinforcing frame(5). |
