PURPOSE: AL electrolytic condenser making method applies a scratch on aluminum foil in a plasma spray coating for forming a dielectric layer, and enhances electric adhesive characteristic of aluminum powder melted. CONSTITUTION: AL electrolytic condenser making method scratches(S10) a surface of aluminum(30) by using a brush or steel wool(52), and thus enlarges an effective area. The method coats(S12) the melted aluminum powder(32) on the surface of AL(30) by using a plasma spray gun(40), cuts(S14) the AL(30) with a regular standard proper to a product capacitance, connects a terminal to the AL being cut as a regular standard, inserts a negative foil and electrolytic paper, and winds(S16) them. An electrolytic liquid is inserted into the wound element. The element inserted into the electrolytic liquid is sealed by a metal case (S20). A standardized voltage is applied to the assembled condenser, and thus a condenser function is stabilized. |
