CURRENT SOURCE CIRCUIT FOR LOW VOLTAGE

PURPOSE: A current source circuit for low voltage is provided to improve the maximum operating range of a main circuit using the current source and to safely provide the current. CONSTITUTION: The current source circuit comprises: a current source feeding a reference voltage and connected to a main circuit; a first NMOS transistor(M2) having a drain connected to the current source and a gate biased to the voltage; and a second NMOS transistor(M1) having a drain connected to the source of the first NMOS transistor(M2), a gate connected to the current source, and a source connected with an earth.
