CONSTITUTION: A flash memory device comprises: a program voltage generating circuit(100) for generating the program voltage; a row decoder(200) for supplying one of program detecting voltages supplied from the program voltage generating circuit when performing the program detecting to the memory cell; a detecting circuit(400) for detecting the plural data for detecting if the program from the memory cell is real.
