PURPOSE: A method for a rate adoption and a routing is provided to enable a data service of a large capacity without additional cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for a rate adoption and a routing is obtained by; matching a trunk(E1) line between a base station and an Inter Working Function(IWF) by a base station controller connecting module(11) and performing an LAPD protocol function for transmitting-receiving data; and a Time switching over module(12) switching over every calls inputted to the IWF to wanted connecting modules according to the control of a controller for performing a complete path providing function.
