PURPOSE: A solid charge coupled device is provided to transmit the signal charge generated from the photo diode to the charge coupled device. CONSTITUTION: The solid charge coupled device comprises: a first conductive semiconductor substrate; plural second conductive photo diodes formed on the semiconductor substrate; plural second conductive charge coupled device channels formed on the semiconductor substrate; and a transmitting wire unit for delivering the charge of the photo diode to the charge coupled device channel and forming a second and a third transmitting gates not to be projected from a first transmitting gate.
