PURPOSE: A method and system capable of investigating an obstacle, investigating a handling way thereof, and constructing a database for a system is provided. CONSTITUTION: The obstacle handling system of a management subject system comprising: an obstacle output section for informing a corresponding information to a user when an obstacle is generated; a user input section(303) for performing a function which operates a screen corresponding to the obstacle by a user; a window manager(305) for controlling the obstacle output section and user input section(303), suitably distributing the input of the user, and driving the obstacle output section based on the input information to obtain system information; an output processor(307) for analyzing shape inform from a message receiving and analyzing section and converting the shape inform into a suitable form to inform the window manager(305); and a message receiving and analyzing section(309) for receiving and transferring a system state information to the output processor(307).
