PURPOSE: A rheological quality improved band-plylubricant easy to spray, coated evenly and not streaming after the coating is provided to prevent from the inferiority caused by the falling off of the lubricant after the vulcanization. CONSTITUTION: A rheological quality improved band-plylubricant comprises: a mixing of the water, the emulsifier and the deflocculating agent in the mixing machine having an evaporation jacket; a heating up to 80°C, an addition of the thickening agent and an agitation of the mixture until the complete melting; an addition of the lubricant, gelling agent in order, a mixing of the mixture at 80 plus or minus 5°C for 1 hour and an agitation of the mixture to cool down to 40°C.
