发明名称 PROCESS FOR PREPARING GRANULAR POLYMER FROM LATEX IN SEQUENCE AND APPARATUS THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A preparation method of thermoplastic polymer resin power from latex continuously and its apparatus are provided which can produce a product having a high apparent density and a low content of fine and coarse particle and increase its productivity. CONSTITUTION: Polymer latex having a glass transition temperature of 80-110°C obtained by emulsion polymerization is poured in a pair of agitators(5) with a series connection, added with 0.5-5 wt% of coagulant based on the total weight of resin composition to give coagulated particles, which are heat-treated, washed, dehydrated, and dried to give granular resin powder. The agitators(5) contain a multistage pitched paddle having 30-67% of agitator diameter and a linear velocity of agitation is 0.5-20 m/sec and a recirculation rate is 0.05-1.5 cubic meter. Heating source is saturated and unsaturated aqueous vapor having a temperature of 80-250°C and a pressure of 1-10 kgf/cm¬2 and is moved in the agitator directly.
