TOOTH BRUSH MANUFACTURE METHOD AND DEVICE

PURPOSE: A tooth brush is provided to solve the problem of the rounding-treatment of an end part to be used having various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A tooth brush manufacture method comprises the steps of:a first configuration for transmitting the tooth brush hair to a leading device and at the same time making the height of a unit hair bunches different; cutting the opposed face of the end part of a combining part into a flat state; rounding-process for rounding the end part of the use part; a second configuring the end part of the first configured combining part by using a push instrument; and thermal bonding and combining the tooth brush hair brunches of the end part of the combining part of the completed tooth brush hair with a tooth brush rod through an injection molding.
