PURPOSE: A safe injector is provided to easily change a needle to various types of needles according to its necessity. CONSTITUTION: A safe injector having a receivable standard needle has:an injector body(21), a plunger(22) and an injection needle(24); a standard injection needle holder(23) connected to a second needle holder to be able to be changed and changeable to other type of needles according to necessity; a first needle absorption member having more than one of rotatable click and formed onto a needle holder or a plunger; and a second needle absorption member having a stoppage hole and formed onto the needle holder or the plunger.
