PURPOSE: A printing paper outlet device of an offset printer is provided to increase print quality of the rear side of the offset printer is cleaned whenever it needs by attaching and detaching the outlet device to the rear side frame of the offset printer easily. CONSTITUTION: A printing paper outlet device of an offset printer comprises:a first rod(24) placed nearest the side of a supporting roller by fixing the tip part on a rear side member(22) to rotate and rotating to be interlocked when the supporting roller rotates; and a second rod(25) interlocking with the first rod by placing to be separated to the rear side. The first rod includes:a rubber material roller(27) provided to do a no-load operation. The second rod is composed of:more than one fixed rubber material roller(27') and a belt(33) connecting to rotate the no-load operation roller of the first rod.
