PURPOSE: A swelling valve using a piezoelectricity is provided to adjust for varying the flow amount and pressure that pass the swelling valve and to control finely and sequentially. CONSTITUTION: A swelling valve using piezoelectricity comprises:an inlet(12) flowing fluid; an outlet(14) discharging fluid; a case installed between the inlet and the outlet; a flow channel open and shut device(20) that is installed inside the case and controls the size of the flow channel; and a fixing plate that forms a hole flowing fluid and fixed on one side of the inlet or the outlet.
